Oceanside, California
The 3rd largest city in San Diego County sits north of highway 78 and just south of the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Incorporated in 1888, Oceanside's city hall stands on Andrew Jackson Myers former homestead. He received the patent for the land that was issued in 1883 by the federal government. Many U.S. armed forces personnel now reside in Oceanside.
